WATERMELON MINT COOLER

Today I’m up with a very simple yet healthy recipe to keep you cool and refreshed in this Weather ๐Ÿธ๐Ÿธ

Watermelon is one of the best thirst quencher that helps fighting sunstroke and heat. It is nutrients dense and has moisture content to keep you hydrated and also a good source of Vitamin A๐Ÿ˜‹

INGREDIENTS

๐Ÿ‘‰ A whole watermelon๐Ÿ‰

๐Ÿ‘‰ Orange pieces๐ŸŠ

๐Ÿ‘‰ Mint leaves ๐ŸŒฟ

๐Ÿ‘‰ Pinch of Black Rock salt or you can also add chaat masala

๐Ÿ‘‰ Ice cubes

๐Ÿ‘‰ You can also add 1 tsp sugar if desired.

METHOD

Cut the watermelon in two portions, scoop out the watermelon and wash the leftout watermelon peel.

In a mixer, add the watermelon, orange pieces, black rock salt, Mint leaves, and blend till fine smoothie like juice is ready.

Strain the juice in a jug so that the seeds and pulps are out.

Serve it in the watermelon cut with ice cubes and Mint leaves๐Ÿธ๐Ÿท๐Ÿน
